Founded in 1968, the Westlake Women’s Club is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit all volunteer organization of women committed to making a difference in our community.

 Our members proudly support and participate in programs that promote education, advocate for children, promote the arts, preserve our natural resources, motivate healthy life styles, stress civic involvement and encourage international understanding.

The Westlake Women's Club is a member of the California Federation of Women's Clubs and a member of the International General Federation of Women’s Clubs, which was founded in 1890. The Federated Women's Clubs are among the oldest and largest volunteer women's organizations in the world. here. 

Membership is open to all women in the Conejo Valley and vicinity.  Our club thrives with the enthusiasm of new members.  We reach out to women of all races, religions and national origins who demonstrate an interest in and commitment to volunteerism.

Each Year the Westlake Women's Club proudly presents three major fund raising events which have become annual traditions in the Conejo Valley. 

The Signature Spring event Fashions on Parade, a fashion show and luncheon.

The Summer Wine Down marking the end of summer. 

 The Fall Holiday Fantasy which kicks off the holiday season with a festive luncheon and entertainment.

In addition, members devote many hours in serving the community and those in need.


Westlake Women's Club proudly presented its Spring event "Fashions on Parade in Magical Greece" at the Hyatt Regency. The 268 guests enjoyed outbidding each other for our beautiful baskets and gift certificates in our Silent Auction and then shopping at our boutiques offering their Summer collections. During lunch, the models walked the runway presenting clothes and accessories from local stores to a backdrop of well-known Greek music. The day was a great success benefiting local and regional charities and providing scholarship to numerous High School graduates.

The Sierra Cahuenga District 15 Convention was held this last weekend at the Hyatt Regency Westlake with the attendance of District Officers, the Convention Committee and Delegates for eleven District Clubs. 

The Opening of the Convention was presided by Claudia Salfen, Presiding Officer and a member of the Westlake Women’s Club followed by the entrance of the Westlake Women’s Club Honor Guard:   Kimberly Horner, Katrinka Kramer carrying the American flag, Efi Khatchatourian carrying the California flag and Valerie Kochak.   All these women belong to our morning and evening groups.  Katrinka Kramer is a U.S. Army Reserve in Santa Ana-CA and a CA Air National Guard at Channel Islands.

The highlight of the Convention was the presentation of the Women’s Clubs Yearly Reports, with resourceful, creative and fun presentations explaining the dedication of their work to contribute to charitable causes.  

Awards were presented for Community Service Programs. The Westlake Women’s Club was honored to place first in our Club size category for our Education, Communication, Fundraising and Women’s History Programs.
